<br /> Subdivision I. Meanings ascribed. The following words, tenns, and phrases used
<br /> in Minnesota Statutes or any legislative act shall have the meanings given them in this
<br /> d in the section, unless another intention clearly appears.
<br /> be con- Subd. la. Appellate courts. ~Appellate couns" means the supreme coun and the
