Toastmasters' Jllbnth - I received a call fran Conrad B<::!rer requesting that the City of Arden Hills pr=laim October to l::e Toastmasters' Jllbnth in Arden Hills. The Gove=r has already pr=laitred October Toastmasters' M::>nth for the State of Mimlesota. 3. SmRE Grant; Recycling - Enclosed is a rnem:J frc:m Brian Fritsinger regarding this grant application and proposal. Also, he has enclosed a copy of the resolution to proceed with this granting process. 4. Recording Secretazy Seroces - The firm, Titre Savers, Inc. has sul:mitted a proposal provide recording secretarial services for the Council Meetings beginning October 10. TI1ey assign one person to attend all meetings with another in place for a backup. Ruth McLaurin is the individual who will l::e assigned to take the Council minutes for the City of Arden Hills. For the rrcnths of October and November, Ruth will also l::e doing minutes for the Planning Ccmnission. Titre Savers' fee is $21. 00 /Meeting Hour and $9. 2S/per trans=ibed page; they will provide us with a diskette so that we can make imrediate corrections. The hourly and page fees are the similar to those charged by Shar Foster. . 1
