Included in these contracts are White Bear Township, Arden Hills, Little Canada, Shoreview, North Oaks and Vadnais Heights. Under this new contract, the Ramsey County Dispatch office will be invol vecl in =tacting ACSI. The new contracts have allowed ACSI to make sorre changes in its 1994 rates. The City of Arden Hills has an existing contract with ACSI . that operates through Decerrber 31, 1994. ACSI has asked the City to reconsider its contract for an extension through Decerrber 31, 1995. nus extended contract =uld change the rates for call outs for the remainder of this year. The fees for diS]Xlsal of cats and dogs will increase by 50c in 1995, and ACSI is opening its CMn kennel in White Bear Lake. All irtpJUI1ded animals will be taken to this new kennel. In analyzing the statistics for ACSI, if the year-to-date statistics were applied to the new rates, the cost to Arden Hills would have . resulted in a $7 increase.
