<br /> \1 Introduction II
<br /> Since 1985, TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial (formerly Northern Counties Secretarial
<br /> Services - NCSS) has been providing a wide variety of office support services to
<br /> individuals and businesses. We're word processing specialists who provide professionally
<br /> prepared documents. We also work closely with clients to make suggestions about format
<br /> and style to assure it is flawless, pleasing to the eye, and contains proper use of bold
<br /> print, italics, bullets, etc.
<br /> TimeSaver's secretarial support services are used by more than 150 companies and
<br /> corporations throughout the metro area. We are an economical alternative to temporary
<br /> help, full-time or part-time employees, especially for companies that do not want to invest
<br /> in additional equipment, furniture and office space.
<br /> Of special interest to municipalities is our recording secretarial services. TimeSaver has
<br /> . developed a special niche market for supplying recording secretaries to municipalities,
<br /> private corporations and volunteer organizations. This service is especially attractive to
<br /> clients who do not wish to become involved in the time consuming procedure of replacing
<br /> and/or retraining recording secretaries.
<br /> TimeSaver designates a primary secretary for each account who then, if needed, is able
<br /> to retrain a new secretary in the future. This system has been successful because it
<br /> provides the client with consistent, long-tenn services without added expense in the event
<br /> of employee turnover.
<br /> TimeSaver is currently responsible for providing recording secretaries to nme
<br /> municipalities (Anoka, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Champlin, Coon Rapids, East Bethel,
<br /> St. Anthony, Shorewood and Victoria), the Lower Rum River Watershed Management
<br /> Organization, and one volunteer organization. In October, we will begin taking minutes
<br /> for the Lino Lakes Planning Commission and North Anoka Arena Committee. Desired
<br /> minute content varies for each client, ranging from minutes that are alnwst verbatim to
<br /> summary minutes. Samples of meeting minutes are available upon request.
<br /> Because of TimeSaver's extensive municipal experience, our staff is familiar with
<br /> municipal meeting procedures, topics of discussion, use of language, motions, etc. Our
<br /> municipal clients can attest to our longevity in providing for their meeting minute needs,
