<br /> . CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-46 <br /> RESOLUTION HONORING EAGLE SCOUT ANDREW ST. SAUVER <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council recotgnizes that the highest rank awarded by the Boy <br /> Scouts of America is the rank of Eagle Scout and; <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew St. Sauver of Arden Hills has completed the requirements for the rank of <br /> Eagle Scout by earning 35 merit badges, planning and directing a major community <br /> project and serving in a troop leadership position and; <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew St. Sauver distinguished himself by participating in a landscapping project <br /> at a community church whereby they cut down a dead tree, planted shrubs and <br /> flowers, and finished the project with decorative rock and wood chips and; <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew St. Sauver earned not only the traitional merit badges of the Boy Scouts <br /> but chose such elective badges as Animal Science, Art Aviation Backpacking,; <br /> . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council, on behalf of <br /> Council, Staff, and all the citizens of Arden Hills, express the sincere gratitude and <br /> congratulations to Andrew St. Sauver for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and for his dedicated <br /> service to the Community. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN Hll..LS <br /> THIS 10th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> DEN}ITSP.PROBST,~YOR <br /> ATTEST <br /> DOROTHY A.
