, . ..... . 9 DISTRICT STANDARDS The Arden Hills Business Park PUD incorporates the Gateway Business District (Ordinance #291) as the underlying zoning district within the Business Parle. The following standards and provisions are modifications that will become part of the underlying zoning district Special Requirements for the GB Gateway Business District Allowable Uses. Development within the GB District will include uses that meet the above stated purpose and the following development criteria: (a) Office uses including administrative, executive, corporate, professional, personal, research and sales. (c) Manufacturing, production, fabrication, assembly, processing, and related repair, servicing, testing, packaging, warehousing and distribution of goods or products, provided that the use is contained wholly within the building and meets or maintains all environmental standards set by the MPCA and other public . agencies having jurisdiction. (d) Research and testing laboratories, provided that the use is contained wholly within the building and meets or maintains all environmental standards set by the MPCA and other public agencies having jurisdiction. (e) Printing, provided that the use is contained wholly within the building and meets or maintains all environmental standards set by the MPCA and other public agencies having jurisdiction. (f) Municipal and other public agency, administrative and service facilities and activities. (g) Wholesaling and warehousing, provided that the use is contained wholly within the building and meets or maintains all environmental standards set by the MPCA and other public agencies having jurisdiction. (h) Retail or service businesses offering goods, merchandise or personal services primarily to those employed in the GB District . (j) Licensed day care facilities.
