" <br />. 11 <br /> Development Standards. <br /> (a) Minimum project and lot size. <br /> 1. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this section, a mixed- <br /> use project within the GB District shall contain a minimum of five <br /> (5) contiguous acres. The proposed land uses in such a project and <br /> their mix, intensity and relationship may require varying lot sizes <br /> within said project, none of which lots shall be less than five (5) <br /> acres in size except as otherwise pennitted herein. <br /> 3.
