Plant materials existing on a site at the time of development or <br /> expansion of structures, may be used as a credit against the <br /> requirements of these landscape regulations; the PUD shall <br /> detennine the extent of the credit allowed, based on an evaluation <br /> of species, size, location, quality of existing plant materials and the <br /> consistency with the intent of these regulations. <br /> 10. Min. requirements: In all districts all developed. uses shall provide <br /> and maintain a landscaped area according to minimums in the <br /> district requirements chart. Planting within such area shall be <br /> approved consistent with the approved overall Landscape Plan and <br /> subject to the review of the City. <br /> 13. Surface parking shall maintain a 2O-foot landscape setback from all <br /> public streets and a 10-foot landscaped area from exterior property <br /> lines except for access drives that may cross the setback area. This <br /> will be subject to negotiations with the city. <br />. <br />. <br />
