(5) Any snake or reptile which by its sizer vicious ~ nature or other characteristic is dangerous to human beings. (6) Any skunk, raccoon or fox whether captured in the wild, domestically raised, descented or not descented, vaccinated against rabies or not vaccinated against rabies. (7) Any bear, ape, gorilla, monkey (except as exempted by this ordinance), or badger. (8 ) Any Vietnamese pot-bellied pig. (9 ) Any other animal or reptile which is commonly considered wild and not domesticated or prohibited by Federal or Minnesota Law. SEC. 5.5-2. RUNNING AT LARGE-DOGS; CONTROL. No owner or keeper of any dog, whether licensed or unlicensed, shall permit such dog to run at large. It shall be the obligation and , responsibility of the owner or custodian of any dog in the City, whether permanently or temporarily therein, to prevent any such dog at any time to be on any street, public park, school grounds, or public place without being effectively restrained by a chain or leash not exceeding eight (8) feet in length.
