The purcl1ase represents an unbudgeted 1994 general fund <br /> capital expenditure. A replacerrent fax llBchine was bldgeted for <br /> 1995. but the existing nachine ellperienced severe operational <br /> difficulties last week (Le. transmissions could not be sent or <br /> received) causing the necessity for the purchase. <br /> 3. Minnesota Board of GovenlIleI1t Inn:lvation and Cooperation SeI:vi.ce <br /> Sharing Grants - the City has been asked by t~ organizations to <br /> be a co-applicant in t~ separate grant applications.
