<br /> CANVASS OF 1994 CITY ELECTION <br /> . CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9,1994,5:00 P.M. - CITY HALL <br /> At the City election of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, held at the City of <br /> Arden Hills Precincts 1,2,3, and 4, being the places it was directed to be held by the City <br /> Council, after giving due notice thereof as provided by law on the 8th day of November, 1994, <br /> the election boards; being qualified voters of said City to act as judges of such election and each <br /> took and subscribed an oath to faithfully discharge the duties required of them at such election. <br /> Said qualified and trained judges opened the polls by proclamation, and the election proceeded <br /> by ballots without adjournment or intermission until closed. <br /> The subjects voted on at such election, as stated in the Notice, were: <br /> To elect a Mayor for a four year term; and <br /> To elect two Councilmembers for four year terms. <br /> At 8:00 P.M. on November 8, 1994, the polls were closed. The judges then publicly counted and <br /> canvassed the votes, and a true statement was proclaimed to the voters by the Acting City <br /> Administrator, who recorded the same in the City Minute book. <br /> STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF CANVASS <br /> . The following is a true statement of the counting and canvass of votes by ballot at the Arden <br /> Hills City election, Ramsey County, Minnesota, held Tuesday, November 8, 1994, as proclaimed <br /> to the voters by the election judges: <br /> Dennis P. Probst received 1903 votes for Mayor <br /> Beverly Aplikowski received 1748 votes for Mayor <br /> Write-ins received 16 votes for Mayor <br /> Susan L. Keim received 1439 votes for Councilmember <br /> Dale R. Hicks received 1244 votes for Councilmember <br /> Steve Freimuth received 1099 votes for Councilmember <br /> Raymond V. McGraw received 908 votes for Councilmember <br /> R. James Jensen Jr. received 674 votes for Councilmember <br /> Michael W. Coopet received 272 votes for Councilmember <br /> Write-ins received 30 votes for Councilmember <br /> Dennis P. Probst was declared elected Mayor for a four year term. Susan L.
