MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> NOVEMBER 9, 1994 <br /> 5:00 PM - CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor Aplikowski <br /> called to order the Special City Council Meeting at 5:15 PM. The <br /> roll being called, the following members were present: <br /> Councilmembers Dale Hicks and Paul Malone. Absent was Mayor <br /> Dennis Probst. Also present were Acting City Administrator <br /> Terrance Post, Election Coordinator Kim Moore-Sykes and <br /> Councilmember-elect Susan Keirn. <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion, to adopt the agenda for <br /> the Special City Council Meeting. Motion carried unanimously (3- <br /> D) . <br /> CANVASS ELECTION <br />. Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion, that Council certify <br /> canvass of the November 8, 1994 Municipal Election as submitted <br /> declaring Dennis R. Probst as Mayor for a four (4) year term, and <br /> Dale R. Hicks and Susan L. Keirn as Councilmembers for four (4) <br /> year terms. Motion carried unanimously (3-0) . <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion, to adjourn the meeting <br /> at 5:30 PM. Motion carried unanimously (3-0) . <br /> Terrance R.
