Those <br /> finns which subnitted materials are: <br /> BRW, Inc. Lohan Associates <br /> Tern Loucks & Associates Harland Batholanew & Assoc. <br /> RLK Associates, LID Dahlgren, Shardlow, & Uban <br /> Sasaki Associates Sanders, Wacker, WehJ:man, <br /> Camiros, LID Bergl y, Inco:tp:)rated <br /> Kirk Corson, AICP <br /> The City Council should make a determination as to how it will review <br /> the subnittals. This would included whether it wishes to narrow down <br /> . the list of firms frcm whcm a request for proposal (RFP) will be <br /> requested or if it wishes to request an RFP frcm each of these. Staff <br /> ~d recarmend the following: <br /> A subccmnittee of the planning cannission and staff rreet and <br /> review the qualifications of each finn. This group would be <br /> rrade up of Jeannie Winiecki, Steve Erickson, Brent Nelson and <br /> myself. <br /> Based upon the qualifications of these firms and response to the <br /> questions which were to be detailed in the RFQ, this group ~d <br /> narrow down the list to 3 firms. These 3 firms would then be <br /> recomrended to the City Council for the subnittal of a proposal. <br /> Prior to requesting the prq>osals the City Council will need to > AJ <br /> discuss further the actual scope of services. desired.
