As set <br /> out in the Charter, the Executive Board is responsible for: <br /> Lauderdale <br /> UtIle ~ 1. Control and management of the property and assets of the <br /> Maplewood League; <br /> Mounds VIew 2. Authorization of League expenditures; <br /> New Brighton <br /> 3. Direction of activities of the League for the general benefit <br /> North 0_ of members; <br /> N_ St. Paul <br /> .Ramsey County 4. Supervision of the activities of the Coordinator; and <br /> Rosevllle 5. Such other duties as are necessary to the operation of the <br /> St. Anthony League. <br /> St. Paul <br /> Members of the Executive Board are expected to attend two meetings <br /> Shorevlew a month. The two meetings are the executive board meeting (typically <br /> Vadnais Helgn1s a noon meeting) and the general membership meeting (the third <br /> White B_lake Wednesday evening of the month).
