The motion <br /> carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Approve participation in NYFS State grant application. <br /> B. Approve engagement letter with Abdo, Abdo & Eick for year-end <br /> audit. <br /> C. Approve Ashbach Construction pay estimate #2. <br /> D. Approve Claims/Payroll. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents <br /> contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />. Mayor Probst gave anyone who wished to speal<. at this time an opportunity to come <br /> forward. No one at this time wished to speak. <br /> UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 301 - AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> CONCERNING DOG KENNELS <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Ordinance <br /> No. 301, amendments to zoning ordinance concerning dog kennels. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. (4-0), <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski wished to indicate her concern that the ordinance was still <br /> too restrictive, <br />. <br /> -- --- ------- <br />
