Those <br /> finns which sub:nitted materials are: <br /> BRW, Inc. Lehan Associates <br /> Tern Loucks & Associates Harland Batholarew & Assoc. <br /> RLK Associates, LID Dahlgren, Shardlow, & Uban <br /> Sasaki Associates Sanders, Wacker, wehrman, <br /> Carniros, LID Bergly, IncoJ:FOrated <br /> Kirk Corson, AICP <br /> ~ The City Council recently reviewed a process for narrowing down the <br /> qualified fims for this project. The City Council recanrended that <br /> the subcornnittee of the planning carmission and staff meet and review <br /> the qualifications of each finn. This group bad previously been <br /> identified as Jeannie Winiecki, Steve Erickson, Brent Nelson and <br /> myself . <br /> Based upon the qualifications of these fi:r:ms and response to the <br /> questions which were to be detailed in the RFQ, this group w:JUld <br /> narrow down the list to 3 fi:r:ms. These 3 firms w:JUld then be <br /> recarrrended to the City Council for the sul:mittal of a proposal. <br /> Prior to re<:J1.lesting the prop:lSals the City Council will need to <br /> discuss further the actual scope of seIVices desired. This scope of <br /> se:r:vices should becare rrore apparent as the Reutilization Comnittee <br /> =ntinues its discussions. <br /> At our December 7th meeting, this subcamtittee should discuss how it <br /> wishes to review these sul:mittals. <br /> . <br /> - <br />
