<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> . RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-66 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br /> TO IMPROVEMENT NO. W77-5W78-2 <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W77 -5W78-2 as last finally adopted on <br /> August 21,1979, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> on October 9, 1979; and <br /> WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment <br /> roll have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original <br /> assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br /> conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the <br /> . proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor with an assessment to <br /> be collected in the year 1980 and thereafter. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the following <br /> apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979, <br /> against the following described property: <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS DIVISION NO, DB 064966 <br /> Resolution No, 94-66 DIP No, 1943 <br /> Name of Assessment W77-5W78-?
