Council will be appraised of the a=ent status of an <br /> employee. Additionally, the Acting Administrator will outline a <br /> strategy for timing/replacement of the vacant Administrative <br /> Secretary position. <br /> 2. Status ucda.te of DOER: <br /> . The City recently asked for an extension until April 30, 1995 to <br /> co=ect the deficiencies noted in the J::epartment of Errployee <br /> Relations (COER) Pay Equity Non-Ca'rpliance Report. The <br /> information and rationale for the extension support materials <br /> will be discussed. <br /> 3. Clerk/Administrator Search Process: <br /> On 12/6/94, rejection and acknowledgement/further consideration <br /> letters were mailed to applicants. Council may ch=se to <br /> discuss the relative merits of the remaining candidates for the <br /> balance of the Special Meeting. Also, the w:>rksession rreeting <br /> scheduled for 12/15/94 could also be used for this subject. <br /> Re9ular COlmcil Meetincr: <br /> l. Acoroval of mimltes: <br /> Council is asked to approve the minutes from the 11/28/94 <br /> regular council meeting and the 11/30/94 truth in taxation <br /> hearing. TI1is is the first opp::>rtunity for Collilcil to review <br /> these documents. <br /> . <br />
