Motion <br /> carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> MSI Insurance <br /> Superintendent Winkel indicated no one was present to represent the applicant, the applicant had <br /> been notified of tonight's meeting. Superintendent Winkel briefly reviewed the issue regarding <br /> Storm Water Maintenance Fee for MSI Insurance. <br /> Superintendent Winkel indicated staff has reviewed the situation on site and has observed large <br /> amounts of water discharged from the pond located on the Southwest corner of the property into <br /> the drainage ditch on the east side of Highway 51. Superintendent Winkel indicated he concurs <br /> with Mr. Stonehouse's recommendation that the appeal for MSI Insurance be denied. . <br />
