T eny suggested that the subcommittee anaiyle the cost "buckets" used by other cities to <br /> see how comparable they are with the cost "buckets" used by Arden HUls. <br /> Economic Development Committee: <br /> Tom Steele identified the issues being discussed by the Economic Deveiopment Committee . the <br /> future of the TCAAP site, the need for an anchor store at the Arden Plaza shopping center, and <br /> the new city handbook for potential developers. <br /> Council Liaison Report: <br /> Paul Malone briefed the committee on council activities: <br /> 1. Everest development has made offers on parcels in the Gateway TIF district. <br /> 2. The City is preparing an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) to identify consulting finns , <br /> that could assist with planning for the future use of the TCAAP site. <br /> 3. There have been 22 aPlJlications to date for the clerk administrator vacancy. Council <br /> member5 Aplikowski and Keim have been designated a suIA.uJ.Ullittee to screen the <br /> candidates. <br /> 4. The city will make salary range adjustments to job classes for pay equity puflJOSl!s. <br /> Other Business: <br /> The December meetinG wiU be 7:00 Dm Thursdav.
