Mr. Fritsinger indicated the lot would be established as a nonconforming lot. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated the lot would go through the Planning Commission and the neighbors <br /> would be notified during that process, with the opportunity to voice any concerns. <br /> Mayor Probst was concerned that the land would have already been sold by the time it reached . <br /> the Planning Commission. Ms. Walsh advised county <br /> records indicate 13,900 square feet. <br /> Councilmember Malone was concerned that the lot would not be buildable. Mayor Probst <br /> indicated precedence has been established with other properties near Lake Johanna being granted <br /> variances, and that would be taken into consideration. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated the lot itself was not platted, it was a vacated lot and never incorporated <br /> into the platting process. Mr. Fritsinger also noted he is currently researching the number of <br /> cases that have been granted variances and what type of variances would be required. <br /> Councilmember Hicks suggested the property be appraised so the Council can make an educated <br /> decision. <br /> Councilmember Keirn felt additional information would be needed before an appraisal be <br /> authorized. <br /> Mayor Probst instructed staff to further review the unclear issues. <br /> . <br />
