RESOLUTION NO. 94-71 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> SHERIFF AGREEMENT FOR 1995 LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE <br /> - <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills is a party to an annual renewable Law Enforcement <br /> Contract services agreement with Ramsey County; and <br /> WHEREAS, Part IV of said agreement specifies communication requirements by the Ciry to <br /> the County to evidence intent to review the agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has provided the City with a budget estimate of delivering 1995 <br /> law enforcement services of $497,111.73; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills has adopted the 1995 budget including police protection. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council that the City of Arden Hills <br /> accept the 1995 budget estimate provided by the County to provide 1995 contract law <br /> enforcement services and that the law enforcement services agreement be extended through <br /> December 31,1995. <br /> .
