As I also mentioned, <br /> I would like to talk with you about my abilities to assist the city on this project. <br /> There is a window of opportunity to have more influence about TCAAP <br /> reutilization, and I worry that the city is losing valuable time that will never be <br /> recovered. Whether it is the TCAAP committee and their immediate research/ <br /> plmming needs, or whether it is the broader question of how the city can best <br /> utilize the various offers of assistance from other units of govenunent, the need <br /> ~ is there for someone to coordinate the various tasks. Note I did not necessarily <br /> say "lead" the tasks. Clearly, Brian and the soon to be chosen City Adminstrator <br /> have critical roles to play in this process - however, they are already very busy, <br /> and in the case of the administrator, will need time to learn and catch up on the <br /> furious pace of activities on tillS and other city issues. <br /> I have worked for state and federal governments, and can interact immediately <br /> witIl the various players. I was trained in my Masters Degree program as a city <br /> administrator, and understmld the needs of the city. I have tile tempennent, the <br /> experience, and the organizational abilities to assist tile city in tillS rambling and <br /> often tedious process. I see myself as someone who cml organize the tasks, <br /> carefully utilize available talent, mld meet tile needs of the various players in a <br /> way that will improve communications and help put tile city in the drivers seat. <br /> I'd like to talk with you about the possibility of consulting with the city on this <br /> project.
