Melchert/Block Associates (MEA) investigated the following utilities currently being provided <br />.. by the U.S. Army: <br /> . Potable Water <br /> . Sewage Disposal <br />. . Refuse Disposal <br /> . Fire Protection <br />. . Plant Security <br /> . Roads and Grounds Maintenance <br /> . Telephone <br />. This review of the MBA report has been limited to the following utilities because MBA <br /> proposes that these utilities be furnished by the City of Arden Hills: <br />. . Potable Water <br /> . Sewage Disposal <br />. . Fire Protection <br />. It should be noted that Arden Hills' only responsibility for fire protection is to provide fire <br /> flow to the National Guard facilities. The responsibility to fight a fire on the site rests with the <br /> Lake Johanna Fire Department. <br />. A summary of review comments follows: <br />.. C.
