<br />I <br />I ' <br />e. <br />I RESOLUTION 95 - 05 <br />I A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASffiILITY REPORT <br />. AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> IN THE MAITER OF THE <br />. COUNTY ROAD F RECONSTRUCTION <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF 1995 <br />. WHEREAS the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 94- 65 has been <br /> prepared with reference to the County Road F Reconstruction improvement and <br />. was received by the City on January 9, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible; <br />. <br />.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The City Council will consider the County Road F Reconstruction improvement as <br />. described in the Feasibility Report and the assessment of the property abutting this <br /> proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />. Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement of <br /> $1,226,500. <br />. 2. A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on <br /> the 27th day of February, 1995, at J:RfS o'clock p.m. at New Brighton City Hall. <br /> -r;O <br />. 3. The City Administrator shall provide ten days mailed notice and two weeks published <br /> notice on the hearing as required by law. <br />.
