Based upon this <br />I review, staff has prepared recarmendations conce:ming the project <br /> for cOilllcil consideration. The recomnendations are directly <br />..- related to staff's understanding of the "vision" for the Gateway <br /> Development District. <br /> 2. 1995 Legislative Session <br />I Representative Phil Krinkie and Senator Linda Runbeck will be <br /> available to discuss legislative issues. At the last council <br />I meeting, Councilmeml:er Malone rrentioned t=: unfunded lTI3Ildates and <br /> the use of sales tax trust funds for uses other than municipal <br /> aid. <br />I 3.
