I Dan Winkel, Public Works Director I 1450 West Highway 96 Arden Hills, MN 5511.2 RE: Maintenance Materials Recycling Grant I Dear Recycling Project Partner: I Attached are copies of information I received informing us that our grant application for the recycling of maintenance materials was chosen for funding by the Board of Government Innovation and I Cooperation. Please note that our scoring increased from the pre-application process. Now we have the task of establishing a process to make this I program operational. There is much to do between now and spring if we are to be up and running for the 1995 maintenance season. -: I would like to invite you or members of your staff to a meeting on Thursday, January 5, 1995, at the Roseville city Hall to discuss how we proceed. Some of the areas we need to cover are as follows: I 1- Development of joint powers agreement. 2. Discuss procedure for purchase of equipment with grant I money. 3 . Discuss development and design of the project site. 4. Establish schedule for project development/meeting schedules. I 5. Divide group into voluntary teams to accomplish above tasks, 6, Other?
