If <br /> at any time, the lease shall be terminated or <br /> expire, the SUP shall be reviewed and the City may <br /> I impose other restrictions or conditions as <br /> warranted including revocation of permit. <br /> I- S. ~DY violation by Permittee, its successors or assigns, <br /> of the provisions of this Special Use Permit shall be <br /> I deemed a violation of the Arden Hills Zoning <br /> Regulations entitling the City of the various remedies <br /> provided therein. <br /> I 6. A certified copy of the Special Use Permit shall be <br /> filed by the City Administrator with the Ramsey County <br /> I ~ecorder or Reg~strar of Titles. If the Subj ect <br /> Property is torrens, the Permittee shall provide the <br /> City with the Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title in <br /> I order to allow the City to file a certified copy of <br /> this Special Use Permit. <br /> I 7.
