SUBJECT: Upcoming Planning Cases <br /> . At its February 1, 1995 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed three planning cases. The <br /> Council should have received the minutes of this meeting as part of its February 16,1995 <br /> . worksession packet. <br /> . The following is a brief review of the applicants request and the Planning Commissions <br /> recommendations: <br /> -. 95-2. Chestnut Lot SnlitNariance <br /> The applicant originally requested a 75 foot lakeshore setback variance and lot split to develop <br /> two lots on Lexington A venue. The Commission originally tabled this request to confirm the <br /> . approximate location of the building pads. After reviewing revised plans showing the building <br /> pads the Commission approved the following: <br /> I. Lot split at 4365 Lexington Avenue. <br /> . 2. A 75 foot OHW lakeshore setback variance for both lot A and B at 4365 <br /> Lexington Avenue for primary buildings and including any additions or <br /> extensions such as decks or porches. <br /> . 95-5. O~ren Concept PUD <br /> The applicant requested a concept review of a PUD for the NW corner of Old Hwy #10 and Co. <br /> . Rd. E-2. This concept was for the development of an 18 unit townhome subdivision. <br /> . Other than some minor issues identified in the minutes, the Commission spoke favorably of this <br /> project. A significant number of the residents notified of the upcoming public hearing in this case <br /> have contacted staff and expressed concerns about this project. <br /> I <br /> . <br /> .. <br /> . . <br />
