A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT IN <br /> THE MATIER OF COUNTY ROAD F <br /> STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> . OF 1995 <br /> . WHEREAS a public hearing relating to the County Road F street and stonn sewer improvements <br /> was held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two <br /> weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> . WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters presented <br /> at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter; <br /> . <br /> . NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> 1. The County Road F improvements is hereby ordered as recommended in the Feasibility Report <br /> .. dated January 1995. <br /> Passed and adopted this 27th day of February, 1995. <br /> . <br /> .
