OUr clientele have, for the most part, nee yet been convicted of any c=ime, but are simply awaiting trial. I I The housing uni ts are labeled pods, The Center contains five individual pods, All rooms t in t.he pods, have an unobst:.ructed view to the outside (no bars) . , I Witl::dn each pod section is a shower. an outer day area and dining tables. Yoke mounted TV sets are in each pod section and each room has ~ duress butt:.on and a I radio. Telephone jacks are run throughout the building and p!lones are in each I pod section for inmaee use to attorneys, family, e1:c. Inmates have telephone access on an average of eight (8) hours a day.
