Staff has been making final preparations for the proposed County Road F reconstruction Public <br /> . Hearing on February 27,1995. Stafffee1s it is appropriate to inform Council ofa few details that <br /> pertain to this project. <br /> . The required legal notices were published in the Focus Newsnaper on Tuesday, March 7, 14, and <br /> 21. The notice is required to be published for two weeks prior to the Public Hearing. <br /> . Written notices were also mailed to all effected property owners. The mailing was done on <br /> February IS, 1995. Written notice to each property owner is required ten days prior to the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> .. Two resolutions have also been prepared for Council approval, should Council want to proceed <br /> with the project at the conclusion ofthe Public Hearing. A motion will be needed for each <br /> . resolution. <br /> . It should be noted that I have received one phone call regarding the proposed project. The call <br /> came from a homeowner who lives on the south side of County Road F,just east of Mounds <br /> View High School. The caller was definitely in favor of the project and stated that drainage and <br /> . an off-road bike bath or walking path were his concerns. He stated that he wants the project to <br /> include some kind of off-road pathway. <br /> . Staff will be prepared to give a brief overview of the project at the beginning of the Public <br /> Hearing.
