The 88th ARCOM is sponsoring its 1995 National <br /> Security Seminar to Washington, D.C. during II to 14 May 1995. <br />I The seminars will be conducted by senior members of the Active <br /> Army and Army Reserve. <br />I 2 . We invite you to nominate individuals for this seminar. 'lour <br /> nominees should come from your community support advisory council <br /> and from your unit members. Our target population are individuals <br />" who hold positions of influence in our communities. Examples are: <br /> Sta"te Senators and Representatives, City and county officials, <br /> Civic, Business and Religious leaders. Our mission is to give <br /> these individuals a positive impression of the Army Reserve and <br />I our 88th ARCOM units. <br /> 3 ' 'lour role in this is to identify such people and discuss with <br />I them our National Security Seminar. Be sure to explain the dates <br /> and necessary costs they or their firm would underwrite. If they <br /> are interested in attending, then nominate them to this <br /> headquarters in memorandum format. 'lour nominees should be <br />I : identified by full name, their title and/or position, full <br /> address, phone number where they can be contacted during business <br /> hours, and if available their fax number. 'Iou also should include <br />I identification of the nominating unit or individual, their phone <br /> number, how nominee was contacted, how nominee is known (personal <br /> or business) , any remarks that may prove to be important, and why <br /> the person was nominated. <br />I <br /> 4. General Steiner will review the nominated individuals and <br /> extend hi~ personal invitation to the individuals who are <br />I selected, in a timely manner.
