The 88th ARCOM is sponsoring its 1995 National Security Seminar to Washington, D.C. during II to 14 May 1995. I The seminars will be conducted by senior members of the Active Army and Army Reserve. I 2 . We invite you to nominate individuals for this seminar. 'lour nominees should come from your community support advisory council and from your unit members. Our target population are individuals " who hold positions of influence in our communities. Examples are: Sta"te Senators and Representatives, City and county officials, Civic, Business and Religious leaders. Our mission is to give these individuals a positive impression of the Army Reserve and I our 88th ARCOM units. 3 ' 'lour role in this is to identify such people and discuss with I them our National Security Seminar. Be sure to explain the dates and necessary costs they or their firm would underwrite. If they are interested in attending, then nominate them to this headquarters in memorandum format. 'lour nominees should be I : identified by full name, their title and/or position, full address, phone number where they can be contacted during business hours, and if available their fax number. 'Iou also should include I identification of the nominating unit or individual, their phone number, how nominee was contacted, how nominee is known (personal or business) , any remarks that may prove to be important, and why the person was nominated. I 4. General Steiner will review the nominated individuals and extend hi~ personal invitation to the individuals who are I selected, in a timely manner. All nominees will receive a personal letter.
