I I. 7_ March 24. ] 995 Letter from Donald Erickson, thanking the Council for the I opportunity to meet last week to discuss the future plans of Northwestern College. 8. March 27.1995 Letter from Judy Karon, advising the City that Ramsey County is I willing to participate in the preparation of the TCAAP Master Plan providing funds not to exceed $20,000. I 9_ March 28. 1995 Letter from Mark Labine, updating the Council on research conducted by the Finance Committee as it relates to the development of TCAAP. I 10. Letter from Nancy K. Hansen, expressing her frustrations on the proposed storm sewer outlet for Stowe Avenue. I\1r. Stonehouse has discussed this issue further with Ms. I Hansen and it does appear that the easement which had been thought to be in this area is no longer present. This will require the line to be relocated in the street in 1 of 2 other locations in order to move the water to the lake. This relocation is expected to increase I the costs of the project slightly. I!. March 28. 1995 Letter from Charlotte Brooker, on behalf of the Izaak Walton League I thanking the City for its cooperative efforts on the arsenal property. 12. March 3], 1995 Memorandum from Cindy Walsh, updating the Council on the I- Cooperative Trail Grant Program and a potential application to be submitted by the Parks Department. I 13. County Road F Reconstruction Proiect Bids, were opened on March 30, 1995 and the low bid apparently is $50-100,000 less than estimated. I 14. County Road F Reconstruction Proiect Informational Meetin\!, was held on Thursday, March 30, 1995. This meeting was scheduled by the neighborhood and was attended by staff and several council members. The neighborhood will provide the City I with a list of its concerns to he considered by staff. In general the neighborhood opposed the construction of the sidewalk, the width of the street and made several other suggestions. I 15_ TCAAP RFP Consultant Interviews, the Council may wish to consider scheduling a Special Meeting on April 17 , 18 or 19 for the purpose of conducting interviews of the I TCAAP consultants. Staff would suggest Monday, April 17. 16_ Constance Lo\!aian Marier Water Bill DisDute, the City has received a summons to I appear in court to respond to a complaint that the city has overcharged the defendant on water bills_ This problem apparently relates to mechanical failures which occurred with I the remote water meter. Mr. Post will appear in court on April 7, 1995 and represent the City in this case. Ms. Logajan Marier is seeking $582.93. I- 2 I
