Mr, Sconehouse <br />I indicated copies could be obtained through the City offices, <br /> Mr. Ken Schacht of 1683 West County Road F, indicated concern for the trees on his property <br />I and inquired if the construction would be in the current right-of-way, Mr, Stonehouse indicated <br /> all construction would be within the current right.of-way, if trees are within the right-of-way, <br /> they would be removed for proper grading. <br />I Mr. Schacht also indicated a wish to change the name of the street, perhaps to John Farrell Drive, <br />I Mr. Schacht indicated concern for the traffic, he felt this issue should be addressed and perhaps <br /> the speed reduced, <br />I Mr. Schacht inquired if during construction, the residents would be able co reach their properties. <br /> Mr. Sconehouse indicated the contraccor would provide a passable road, although inconvenient <br />. at times, this road would be only for residential traffic and not through traffic. Mr. Stonehouse <br /> also indicated construction would be done as quickly as possible. <br />I Mr. Walter Bieger of 1689 West County Road F, inquired as co the type of curb for the gutter <br /> would be used. Mr. Sconehouse indicated B618 would be used and as driveways were approached <br /> a curb cut would occur to match the drive. <br />I Mr. Jerry Garski of 1795 West County Road F, urged the Council to reduce the speed on the <br /> road and address the traffic issues, <br />I . <br /> Superintendent Winkel, for point of clarification stated, the State would have to do a traffic study <br /> and authorize a speed limit change, the City cannot do that. <br />I Mr. Ed Woo of 3988 Glenview Avenue, inquired if his property would be affected by the storm <br />I sewer. Mr. Sconehouse indicated the scorm sewer would be along County Road F and would not <br /> affect Mr. Woo's property. <br />I Mr. Woo inquired as co the location ofthe walkway, Mr, Stonehouse pointed out the location <br /> on an overhead transparency and indicated the walkway would run on the south side of the road <br /> from the school to old Highway 10, within the public right-of-way. <br />.
