Allows the Council to levy a tax on all taxable property <br />in the metropolitan area for the fund. The levy for 1996 may not exceed 83 percent of the <br />Metropolitan Mosquito Control Commission's levy for 1995 multiplied by an index for . <br />market valuation increases. The levy for 1997 and thereafter may not exceed the 1996 levy <br />multiplied by an index for annual market valuation increases. The account shall also receive <br />83 percent of the commi~'ion's homestead and agricultural credit aid for 1996 and . <br />thereafter. <br />Subd. 4. Mosquito Control District Assets. Requires the Metropolitan Mosquito . <br />Control Commission to deposit in the livable communities demonstration account the <br />proceeds of tbe sale of certain asset~ as required lmder article 2, section 18. <br />Subd S.
