The meeting was called to order at 8:07 a.m, <br /> 2, Present were Dan McCallum, Rob Carlson, Ray McGraw <br /> Steve Freimuth, Beverly Aplikowski, Tom Steele, City <br /> Administrator, Brian Fritsinger. Absent were Terry <br /> Nagle, Mary Miller & Tom Goblirsch, <br /> 3 . Minutes from the February 15, 1995 meeting were <br /> approved, Staff was directed to correct the <br />- present/absent list, <br />- <br /> 4, Monthly Re1;lort <br />- Staff updated the Committee in regards to the various <br />. monthly activities. The Committee asked about the <br /> ~ meeting with CDC and their future plans. The Committee <br />I was encouraged by Ms, Aplikowski to attend the Public <br /> Hearing scheduled on March 27, 1995 to review the Ogren <br /> Townhome Proposal, The Committee supported the project <br />I but thought the neighborhood, if opposed to this <br /> development, should consider acquiring the property. <br />I 5 . Marketina Packet <br /> Staff provided the recent DTED Community profile. The <br />I Committee agreed that the City should continue to <br /> pursue the marketing packet as previously proposed in <br /> order to keep Arden Hills information unique. <br />I The Committee discussed a folder utilizing the DTED <br /> profile. Chairman Carlson suggested the City stay in <br />I the same track as has been previously discussed. <br /> In the City packet, something should be added which <br />I says "for further information contact Brian <br /> Fritsinger. " Committee still would like pictures of <br /> City in our packet and would encourage the Council to <br />I incur the additional costs for pictures. <br />I- <br />I <br />
