Earth Dav. the neighbors of Shorewood Hills are planning a parade/march on April <br /> I 22, 1995. Specifically, this "parade" is planned to bring attention to the development <br /> of the Bethel College/Ogren property. It is my understanding the "parade" will begin <br /> I- at Valentine Park, go through the Ramsey County open space and wind its way to <br /> Bethel's main entrance. The City has no ordinance preventing this type of" parade". <br /> The "parade" will occur between 6:30-7:30 PM. <br /> I 3. April 6. 1995 Letter From Lake Johanna Fire De.vartment. which includes the <br /> March Mutual Aid Fire Run Reports. <br /> I 4.
