DATE: April 3, 1995 <br /> SUBJECT: Supplemental Billing for Law Enforcement Services <br /> I <br /> In preparing the 1994 annual financial report for the Law <br /> I Enforcement Services Fund, I discovered the following: <br /> 0 We inadvertently missed a full pay period when billing for <br /> I salaries, PERA and FICA. <br /> 0 We added a separate charge to the April 1994 billing for <br /> the radar trailer and the cellular phones, and included <br /> .- these charges a second time on the final billing <br /> reconciliation. <br /> Accordingly, we will need to bill the contract cities for the <br /> I missed pay period, and to give them credit for the double <br /> billing for equipment: <br /> I Balance <br /> (Credit) <br /> Due <br /> I Salaries $70,276 <br /> ~ <br /> .
