Unfinished and New Business <br /> I a. Ogren PUDlEnvironmental Worksheet - The Council is asked to respond to <br /> the petition for an EA Won the project. No Public Hearing is required. <br /> I b. Cooperative Trail Grant Application - The Council is asked to adopt <br /> Resolution 95-25 supporting the submittal of an application for park trail <br /> I funds (See Staff Memorandum dated March 31, 1995, included in last weeks <br /> Council packet for additional information). <br /> I c. Special Council Meeting - The Council is asked to schedule a special meeting <br /> for the purpose of interviewing the TCAAP RFP respondents. <br /> I d. County Road F Assessment - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-28 <br /> to determine the assessed cost of the County Road F improvements and order <br /> . the preparation of an assessment roll for the project. Consulting Engineer <br /> I Stonehouse has also provided a brief summary of the bid opening for this <br /> project. The adoption of this Resolution or opening of bids does not create <br /> problems should the Council decide to change the scope of the project. <br /> I 5. Non-Agenda Administrator Comments <br /> I a. Rendering Plant Brush Burn <br /> The City has received a permit from the Lake Johanna Fire Department for <br /> I the purpose of burning the tree and brush debris located at the rendering plant. <br /> A specific date has not been set, but the burn is expected to take place within <br /> the next two weeks. The property is rapidly becoming a local dumping <br /> I ground and the burn is one step to assist in minimizing the dumping problem. <br /> b. Propertv Tax Freeze <br /> I Included in the Packet is an LMC Alert discussing the proposed property tax <br /> freeze working its way through the Legislature. LMC representatives have <br /> indicated that the Bill may stand a good chance of being approved. <br /> I This Bill has the potential to affect the City in several areas; pay equity <br /> I compliance, bond debt, etc.........Staff will continue to monitor and closely <br /> look at the Bills' impact on Arden Hills operations. <br /> I . <br /> I <br />
