Newsletter/Town Crier - The Council should begin discussion into the various <br /> issues which need to be addressed as it considers creating a revised newsletter. , <br />. These issues are identified in the attached Staff Memorandum. <br /> b. Roger Aiken Drainage - Mr. Aiken has agreed to the plan outlined by Mr. <br />. Stonehouse. The Council may wish to briefly discuss this approach and direct staff <br /> to prepare additional information for formal action at a future Council Meeting. <br />.e c. Pay Equitv Plan - The revised Pay Equity Plan is attached for comment by the <br /> CounciL If appropriate Staff would request the Council consider directing Staff to <br /> prepare the necessary documents for formal approval on April 24, and to brief City <br />. Staff on the implications of this Plan. <br /> d. Citv Hall Renovation - Staff would like Council to begin reconsideration of short- <br />. term facility needs. <br /> e. TCAAP Reuse - In light of the recent media attention to a potential reuse ofthe <br />. Arsenal property, the Council may wish to discuss a variety of responses.
