He indicated . <br /> he recommended acceptance of all four bids and to award the bid to Midwest Asphalt, Inc. upon . <br /> approval of plans by MnDOT, completion of the assessment hearing, and final resolution of trail and <br /> street width issues; He also indicated all conditions and transactions as noted should be subject to <br /> review and input by the City Attorney. . <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated staffhas been working with the neighborhood and presented a few changes. <br /> Mr. Stonehouse indicated, from what he had reviewed, the changes would reduce the cost of the . <br /> project, but have no actual effect on the assessments. <br /> Counci1member Aplikowski inquired if the sidewalk would be removed.
