Claims and Payroll. <br />I MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />I The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />I Mayor Probst at this time invited the audience to address the Council with any concerns not already <br /> on the agenda. No one stepped forward at this time. <br />I UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br />I Proclamation of Thanks to C.E. SheehylMr. Shacker <br /> Mayor Probst read a proclamation recognizing Mr. C.E. Sheehy and Mr. James Shacker for the <br />.. donation of their wetland area on Ridgewood Road to the City. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the proclamation of <br />I thanks to Mr. Sheehy and Mr. James Shacker, recognizing their donation. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />I Adopt Resolution #95-27 Recognizing Arden Hills Volunteer Committees <br />I Mayor Probst indicated with April 23-29 designated as National Volunteer Week, staff has <br /> prepared an appropriate resolution recognizing the Volunteers of its Committees and Commission <br /> for their dedication to the City of Arden Hills. <br />I Mayor Probst read the list of members of all the volunteer Committees and Commissions. <br />I MOTION: Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution #95-27, <br /> Recognizing Arden Hills Volunteer Committees. The motion carried unanimously <br /> (5-0). <br />I Planning Case #95-11. Control Data - Minor Subdivision <br />I Mr. Fritsinger briefly reviewed the request of Control Data proposing to divide a 6.28 acre tract <br /> (Parcel B) from the main Control Data site now containing 41.57 acres. The remaining 35.29 acre <br />{t portion of the site (Parcel A) contains the north part of the Control Data building as well as the <br /> Dynamark building. <br />I <br />------ - --.-.---- <br />
