The Council may recall that the developer <br /> and Staff had not been in agreement as to what level of assistance could be expected. <br />I As you can see from the attached letter, Everest has agreed to the terms outlined by Staff. <br /> This was the last component of the preliminary development agreement which needed to be <br />-- resolved prior to proceeding with the full development agreement. <br /> Recommendation <br />I Staff would recommend the Council adopt a motion directing Staff to proceed with <br /> negotiations on the preparation of a full development agreement with Everest Development. <br />I <br />I tOt'\ <br />I ~,~ <br /> o1\C I <br />I ~~~ <br /> ~\!V <br />I <br />I <br />t- <br />I <br /> -- ----- <br />
