Grant Contract No. 6100-25546-01 between the Board of Government Innovation and Cooperation <br /> and Ramsey County <br /> . <br /> . dollars ($94,179) shall be made by the BOARD promptly after this grant <br /> contract is executed. <br /> . 2. The GRANTEE shall submit a quarterly financial report listing <br /> expenditures for services performed under this grant contract. The <br /> GRANTEE shall maintain documentation of its expenditures through <br /> . receipts, invoices, travel vouchers, and time sheets. Financial reports shall <br /> be submitted in a form prescribed by the BOARD. The GRANTEE agrees <br /> to provide the BOARD with financial reports that are due on the dates listed <br /> I below: <br /> July 15, 1995 <br /> . October 15, 1995 <br /> January 15, 1996 <br /> I April 15, 1996 <br /> III. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT. All services by the GRANTEE pursuant to this grant <br /> I e contract shall be performed to the satisfaction of the BOARD, as determined in the sole <br /> discretion of its authorized agent, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local <br /> laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations. <br /> I IV. TERM OF GRANT CONTRACT. This grant contract shall be effective on May 1, <br /> 1995, or upon such date as it is executed as to encumbrance by the Commissioner of <br /> . Finance, whichever occurs later, and shall remain in effect until June I, 1996, or until all <br /> obligations set forth in this grant contract have been satisfactorily fulfilled, whichever <br /> occurs first. <br /> . A. The GRANTEE shall have ninety (90) days immediately following the end of the <br /> I grant contract period to liquidate all unpaid obligations related to the project <br /> incurred prior to the end of the grant period and. to submit a detailed accounting of <br /> these ,cumulative expenditures to the BOARD. <br /> , <br /> I B. The GRANTEE will return to the BOARD all funds provided by the BOARD that <br /> are not expended for allowable project costs within ninety (90) days following the <br /> . end of the grant contract period. <br /> C.
