Ramsey County will transport the screen <br /> I plant and will charge Parties the applicable labor and rental <br /> rates. Rental rate of screen equipment will be billed on actual <br /> I hours used as recorded on equipment hour meter. Rental or <br /> delivery of the screen plant shall be coordinated with Ramsey <br /> I County. <br /> I eINIMUM USE <br /> Each Party shall reclaim the amount of recycled material up to the <br /> I tonnage hauled in by the Party less volume loss due to screening. <br /> Each Party may release all or part of their material to another <br /> I Party at their discretion. <br /> ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS <br /> I Each Party will be responsible in its use of the project and will <br /> I only dump material conducive to the project. No hazardous <br /> material will be tolerated.
