County Road F. Assessment Hearing <br /> I Due to the newspaper not publishing the Hearing Notice, no Assessment Hearing can <br /> be held on this project. Attorney Filla has indicated the Council should explain that <br /> I the Council will not be able to take any testimony on the project, open and close the <br /> Hearing, and then schedule a new hearing for June 12, 1995 at 7:30 PM. This <br /> I- Hearing will be held at the Army Reserve facility at 4655 Lexington Avenue. <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes <br /> I The Council is asked to adopt the May 8, 1995, regular City Council Meeting and <br /> May 18, 1995 Council Worksession Meeting minutes. <br /> I 3. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Resolution 95-36 - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-36 <br /> I authorizing application for the conveyance of tax forfeited land from <br /> Ramsey County to Independent School District #621. <br /> I b. Resolution 95-32 - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-32 <br /> approving the premises permit application for St. Mary's Romanian <br /> Orthodox Church for a Class B pull tabs operation at the Ramada Inn. <br /> I c. Audit Report - The Council is asked to accept the 1994 Audit Report <br /> I prepared by Abdo Abdo and Eick. <br /> d. EDA Grant - The Council is asked to approve a motion directing <br /> I Staff to submit an Grant Application to the Economic Development <br /> Administration for funding to assist with the preparation of a TCAAP <br /> I- Master Plan. The application is essentially the same as discussed at <br /> the May 18, 1995 Council Worksession. <br /> I <br />
