I <br /> Mayor Probst also requested information regarding revenue from the ball fields and how it fits into <br /> the project. I <br /> Adout Resolution 95-39. Approvinl!' the Execution of a Joint Powers Al:reement for Recvcling <br /> Road Maintenance Materials. I <br /> City Administrator Fritsinger indicated the Council had initially approved action supporting this e <br /> program. I <br /> Mr, Fritsinger indicated the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, New I <br /> Brighton, Roseville, Shoreview, White Bear Lake, Vadnais Heights, the town of White Bear and <br /> Ramsey County had successfully applied for a $94,179 Grant with the Board of Government <br /> Innovation and Cooperation, In order to receive these funds and carry out the goals of this program I <br /> a Joint Powers Agreement is proposed. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger noted the purpose of the project is to create and operate a facility where the parties I <br /> would work together to re-use roadway materials. <br /> Mr, Fritsinger indicated the City Attorney has reviewed these documents and indicated that I <br /> everything appears to be in order. <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-39, I <br /> Authorizing the City to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement for the recycling of road <br /> qlaintenance materials. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> Adopt Resolution 95-40. Establishinl!' Municinal State Aid Streets (Stowe Avenue). I <br /> Engineer Stonehouse indicated the next four resolutions are related to the 1995 Street Maintenance I <br /> Improvements and County Road F projects, -. <br /> . <br />
