Resolution 95- <br /> . 34 adopts an assessment roll with a term of eight (8) years for properties with <br /> assessment amounts greater tha $3,500, Resolution 95-37 adopts an assessment roll <br /> I with a term of five (5) years for properties with assessment amounts less than <br /> $3,500, Engineers Stonehouse and Mauer will be available at the Meeting to discuss <br /> the assessment policy, <br /> .e 2. Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to adopt the May 30, 1995, regular City Council Meeting <br /> I minutes. <br /> , Consent Calendar <br /> J, <br /> I a, Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims and payroll in the amount of <br /> $81,146,05. The only significant item to note is a payment to <br /> I Ramsey County for June, Law Enforcement services of $44,950,00, <br /> 4, Unfinished and New Business <br /> I a, Resolution 95-44 - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-44 <br /> Ordering the Preparation of Plans and Specifications in the Matter of <br /> I the Arden Manor Water Main Improvement Report, <br /> b.. Resolution 95-45 - The Council is asked to consider Resolution 9?- <br /> I 45 Approving the Charitable Gambling Premises Permit Application <br /> for Earthstar Project, Inc. City Accountant Post is recommending the <br /> Council not adopt the Resolution as the applicant has not yet shown <br /> I adequate compliance with the City ordinance, <br /> .1 <br /> I <br />
