EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2024-028 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL. ., <br /> FOR THE 2024 PMP STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City Council has met <br /> and heard and passed upon all objections to the 2024 PMP Street Improvement Project, the <br /> improvement of: <br /> • Keithson Drive from County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 96 West to 800 feet south of CSAH 96 <br /> West; <br /> • Royal Hills Drive from Snelling Avenue North to Arden View Drive; <br /> • Colleen Avenue from McClung Drive to Hamline Avenue North, which includes the property at <br /> 1370 Colleen Avenue(PID: 223023310064); <br /> • Norma Avenue from Dawn Circle to Briarknoll Drive; <br /> • Norma Avenue from Briarknoll Drive to Colleen Avenue; <br /> • James Avenue from Indian Oaks Trail to Colleen Avenue; <br /> • Briarknoll Circle; <br /> • Briarknoll Drive from Snelling Avenue North to Norma Avenue; <br /> • Royal Lane from Norma Avenue to Floral Drive West; <br /> • McClung Drive from Snelling Avenue North to Colleen Avenue; <br /> • Colleen Circle; <br /> • Arden Vista Court; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parcel located at 1370 Colleen Avenue consists of two parcels, namely Lot 2 <br /> and Lot 3, Block 6, of the Briarknoll plat, and Lot 3 is an undeveloped lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the assessment for Lot 2 shall be assessed in the <br /> amount of$6,045.00 (the "Assessment"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further determined that the assessment for Lot 3 shall be set at <br /> $6,045.00,but payment of such assessment shall be deferred pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 429.061, <br /> subd. 2 (the"Deferred Assessment"), according to the terms herein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1.
